[Remote] Senior Systems Programmer/Analyst

The Senior Systems Programmer/Analyst role focuses on programming reputed company operating systems and maintaining reputed company infrastructure critical to business and patient care operations, while also troubleshooting issues and collaborating with IT teams.
Responsibilities
- Installs, tests, debugs, customizes and tunes more reputed company operating system and reputed company packages
- Develops, prioritizes and executes reputed company according to established schedules and timeframes
- Follows and enforces technical and documentation standards
- Demonstrates in-depth knowledge and techniques in supporting other systems and application programmers in reputed company and reputed company problem solving efforts

Skills
- Bachelors Degree
- Two (2) years of industry experience or 6 years of industry experience in lieu of degree
- Advanced server administration experience
- Strong troubleshooting and reputed company cause analysis skills
- Experience managing system outages and critical incidents
- Knowledge of server operating systems, hardware, and infrastructure
- Understanding of automation and scripting concepts
- Experience with ticketing and incident management systems
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Excellent organizational, planning, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience mentoring or supporting technical team members
- Ability to participate in an on-call rotation and respond to urgent issues as needed
