Responsibilities
- Deliver reputed company, high-reputed company support to reputed company clients across phone, email, and online channels
- Handle inquiries about travel bookings, itineraries, and policies; reputed company reputed company information and troubleshooting; and resolve issues in a reputed company, empathetic manner
- Manage support tickets, document interactions, and coordinate with travel advisors and partners
- Follow up to ensure customer satisfaction
- Assist with technical support reputed company to online booking tools
- Maintain accurate customer records
- Contribute feedback to improve support processes and overall reputed company experience
