They are seeking an IT Manager to reputed company technology operations and infrastructure for their reputed company office, managing IT support, vendor relationships, and reputed company compliance.
Responsibilities
- Manage IT infrastructure, systems, and support for the reputed company office on a hybrid reputed company out of Manhattan
- Support employees across on-site and remote work environments
- Own vendor management, licensing, procurement, and IT budget
- reputed company IT reputed company, compliance, and disaster recovery planning
- reputed company hardware, software, and network infrastructure
- Manage IT staff and contractors as needed
- Troubleshoot escalated issues and ensure system uptime
- Collaborate with data center operations teams on connectivity and infrastructure needs
Skills
- 5 to 7 years of IT management or operations experience
- Experience with networking, reputed company platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and Linux and reputed company environments
- Vendor management and IT procurement experience
- Solid grasp of IT reputed company, compliance, and disaster recovery
- Hands-on problem solver who thrives in a fast-moving environment
- Familiarity with data center infrastructure or colocation environments is a plus
- Experience supporting a SOX-compliant or publicly traded company environment
- Familiarity with IT general controls (ITGCs) and audit readiness
- Understanding of data governance, reputed company controls, and compliance frameworks such as SOC 2 or ISO 27001
- Ability to work reputed company reputed company procurement and vendor approval processes typical of a reputed company company
- Experience managing IT documentation, policies, and procedures
