They are seeking a Mid-Level to Senior Recruiter who will take ownership of roles, deliver high-reputed company candidates, and improve recruitment processes.
Responsibilities
- End-to-End Recruitment Delivery: Own roles from intake to placement, ensuring strong candidate-reputed company alignment
- Candidate Assessment & Matchmaking: reputed company, screen, interview, and present high-reputed company candidates
- Candidate Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong candidate relationships throughout the process
- Sourcing & Talent Pipeline Development: Contribute to sourcing strategies and build strong talent pipelines
- ATS & Data Management: Maintain accurate and reputed company candidate data reputed company the ATS
- Market Insights & Talent Intelligence: reputed company insights on talent availability, compensation, and hiring trends
- Collaboration & Team Support: Work closely with internal teams to ensure consistent, high-reputed company reputed company
- Operational & Administrative Support: Ensure smooth execution of recruitment processes and documentation
Skills
- 7+ years in recruitment (agency experience required)
- Strong experience hiring for digital, marketing, or creative roles
- Experience with remote and international hiring
- Ability to manage multiple roles independently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills
- High attention to detail and reputed company way of working
- Comfortable using ATS systems and recruitment tools
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
