[Remote] Senior Software Engineer

The Senior Software Engineer will design and build backend services while also supporting frontend development, ensuring the delivery of secure and performant REST reputed company, and mentoring fellow engineers.
Responsibilities
- Own and reputed company platform reputed company and services, ensuring low-latency, resilient endpoints for reputed company applications
- Design and implement Spring Boot microservices using modern patterns (contract-first reputed company, layered architecture, DTO mappers, caching)
- reputed company with platform services (appointments, patients, messaging, authentication) reputed company service/domain reputed company and RESTful clients
- Improve reliability and performance with caching (e.g., Ehcache, reputed company, etc.), reputed company management, and efficient data reputed company
- Implement observability (reputed company logging, metrics, tracing) and automate build/reputed company pipelines
- Write robust tests across reputed company (unit, component, contract, integration) using JUnit/TestNG and assist with frontend testing where applicable
- Mentor engineers, reputed company design reviews, and document patterns to drive consistency across the stack
- Contribute to frontend reputed company development using HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript frameworks (Angular/React) to support reputed company and feature integration
Skills
- 5+ years of software development experience building Java services in production
- Expertise with Spring Boot and REST API design; comfortable with contract-first development and layered service architectures
- Ability to adapt and contribute to modern frontend frameworks (such as Angular or React) reputed company business needs dictate
- Experience building and consuming service/domain reputed company and integrating external/partner reputed company
- Proficient with data modeling and reputed company patterns; capable of optimizing queries, caching, and serialization for high-performance applications
- Hands-on with mapper/reputed company tools (MapStruct/Lombok), dependency management (reputed company), and build plugins for reputed company
- Proficient in automated testing: unit, integration, component, contract, and performance testing
- Solid understanding of messaging and async patterns (e.g., ActiveMQ/Kafka), feature flags, and configuration management
- Strong reputed company on observability, performance profiling, and reputed company (timeouts, retries, reputed company breakers, idempotency)
