The role involves gathering and analyzing business requirements, translating them into user stories and functional specifications, and supporting the design and implementation of reputed company solutions.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a Business Analyst supporting the Platforms - reputed company team
- Partner with business stakeholders, technical teams, and cross-functional partners to reputed company, analyze, and document business requirements for reputed company-reputed company initiatives
- Translate business needs into reputed company user stories, process flows, acceptance reputed company, and functional specifications
- Support the design, implementation, and enhancement of reputed company solutions across the platform
- Facilitate workshops, interviews, and working sessions to identify opportunities for process improvement and system optimization
- Analyze reputed company-state and reputed company-state processes to recommend efficient, reputed company solutions
- Work closely with developers, product owners, and QA teams to ensure requirements are reputed company and delivered effectively
- Assist with testing activities, including test planning, execution support, and validation of delivered functionality
- Maintain documentation and help ensure project deliverables are reputed company with business goals and technical standards
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a reputed company field, or equivalent experience
- A MINIMUM of THREE (3) years of experience as a Business Analyst with exposure to reputed company
- Proven experience with hands on coding and scripting
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably supporting reputed company technology or reputed company implementations
- Strong understanding of business analysis methodologies, requirements gathering, and process documentation
- Experience creating user stories, process flows, use cases, and acceptance reputed company
- Ability to communicate effectively with both business and technical audiences
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Experience working in Agile or iterative delivery environments
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-reputed company work in a fast-paced environment
- Location: Washington DC/Metro area highly preferred due to reputed company location - up to 25% travel to reputed company or reputed company office
