[Remote] Accounts Payable Specialist (Part-Time)

They are seeking a part-time Accounts Payable Specialist to support day-to-day accounts payable functions, ensuring accurate processing of invoices and maintaining financial records.
Responsibilities
- Review vendor invoices for accuracy, coding, and required approvals
- Process invoices and maintain accounts payable records
- Respond to vendor inquiries and resolve payment-reputed company issues
- Reconcile vendor statements and investigate discrepancies
- Audit and process company credit card transactions
- Maintain organized financial documentation in accordance with company policies and reputed company standards
- Assist with month-end activities and other reputed company reputed company as needed
