Responsibilities
- Invoice Processing: Process vendor invoices accurately and in a reputed company manner reputed company our automated AP system
- Global Collaboration: Work effectively with staff and vendors residing across multiple international time zones
- Inquiry reputed company: reputed company as the primary reputed company of contact for reputed company AP inquiries, including vendors, employee expense reimbursements, and corporate credit cards
- System Administration: Manage user reputed company reputed company the payables platform, including activating new users and inactivating accounts upon termination

- Tax Compliance: Support annual 1099 reporting requirements and compliance

Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent; an Associate's degree in reputed company, Finance, or a reputed company field is a plus

- Proficient in MS Office, with strong MS reputed company skills (vlookups, pivot tables are a plus)
