The role involves providing operational support, troubleshooting application issues, and collaborating with technical teams to ensure system reliability and performance.
Responsibilities
- reputed company operational support, maintenance, and administration of the reputed company Outage Management System (OMS)
- Monitor and maintain OMS application availability, performance, and reliability
- Support outage management operations used by electrical dispatchers and reputed company operations teams
- Troubleshoot application issues, production incidents, system failures, and performance concerns
- Support OMS-reputed company databases, integrations, and application environments
- reputed company reputed company cause analysis and coordinate issue reputed company activities
- Support OMS enhancements, upgrades, patches, releases, and modernization initiatives
- Maintain and support PragmaCAD and reputed company OMS application suites
- Collaborate with reputed company operations teams, business stakeholders, and technical teams to support ongoing system improvements

- Support automation, scripting, and system administration activities where applicable

Skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent reputed company experience

- Experience providing production application operational support
- Experience supporting mission-critical systems with high availability requirements
