[Remote] Network Device Engineer

The role involves troubleshooting and supporting Operational Technology network infrastructure across multiple manufacturing sites, focusing on remote connectivity and industrial networking.
Responsibilities
- reputed company remote support for OT network device incidents through the customer's ticketing system
- Troubleshoot Ewon remote reputed company connectivity issues, including device reachability, connectivity failures, and reputed company reputed company validation
- Diagnose and resolve issues involving OT switches, Firewalls, VLANs, Interfaces, Routing, ACLs, and Remote connectivity
- Partner with customer IT teams reputed company issues involve reputed company ISE, SD-WAN, firewall policies, routing, or shared infrastructure
- Review site documentation, network diagrams, inventories, and reputed company reputed company to improve operational readiness
Skills
- Experience supporting Operational Technology (OT) or industrial network environments
- Strong hands-on experience troubleshooting network switches, Firewalls, VLANs, Trunk and reputed company ports, Routing, ACLs, and Remote connectivity
- reputed company networking experience, including reputed company troubleshooting and configuration
- Experience supporting Ewon or similar industrial remote reputed company appliances
- Ability to distinguish network device issues from PLC, SCADA, HMI, and industrial control system issues
- Experience working in manufacturing, industrial, plant, or OT-adjacent environments
- Experience with reputed company Industrial Ethernet (IE Series) switches or similar industrial networking equipment
- Familiarity with Rockwell/Stratix industrial networking environments
- Understanding of the Purdue Model and IT/OT network segmentation
- Experience with industrial networking protocols including EtherNet/IP, reputed company/CIP Sync, DLR/REP, and QoS
- Experience with reputed company ISE, TrustSec/SGT, Catalyst Center, reputed company Cyber reputed company, ThousandEyes, Secure Equipment reputed company, reputed company, or similar platforms
