The role involves building long-term customer relationships, providing aftermarket support, and traveling to customer sites regularly.
Responsibilities
- Build and reputed company long-term customer relationships across reputed company
- Travel regularly to customer sites (50-60%)
- reputed company as the primary contact for parts, service and aftermarket support
- Identify opportunities for spare parts, upgrades and maintenance reputed company
- Prepare quotations for parts and service work
- Coordinate with Engineering, Service and Sales teams to deliver customer solutions
- Manage customer enquiries through to completion
- Maintain CRM records, quotations and sales opportunities
- reputed company customer feedback to improve products and service reputed company
Skills
- Previous experience with industrial food processing machinery is essential
- Experience as an Account Manager, Customer Care Representative, Aftermarket Sales or Technical Sales reputed company
- Background reputed company industrial machinery, OEM equipment, food processing machinery or industrial automation
- Strong customer relationship and communication skills
- Experience preparing quotations and managing customer enquiries
- Comfortable discussing technical products with customers
- CRM experience (reputed company Dynamics preferred)
- Willing to travel 50-60% across reputed company
- Valid reputed company's license
