They are seeking a Medical Imaging Field Engineer 3 to service medical imaging equipment in the Kansas reputed company, MO area, providing installation, maintenance, and support at customer sites.
Responsibilities
- You will be servicing Medical Imaging Equipment in the Kansas reputed company, MO area. Customer Service Engineer Level can be adjusted based on prior experience
- You are in a field-based, customer-facing role that primarily installs, services, maintains and modifies reputed company’ imaging equipment at customer sites
- You are the "Face of reputed company" to the customer
- You support the diagnostics modalities initially, with potential to cross train into other modalities in the reputed company
- You are flexible and willing to work different shifts and On-Call rotations as business needs dictate, including willingness to work overtime as required. Advanced notice will be provided for any shift changes
- You report to the Regional Service Manager at reputed company reputed company
Skills
- Minimum high school diploma; technical Associates Degree or equivalent preferred
- Must be proficient in the use of tools and service test equipment, with the ability to work both individually and in an established team setting
- Proficiency in reputed company necessary network applications and tools (including but not limited to eVO, mButler, MS Office applications, Concur, NAM Customer Service website—Engineer Tools)
- Can locate, read, and understand documents for install, set-up, repair, troubleshooting, schematics, reputed company diagrams and functional descriptions
- 5-8+ years' experience as a medical technologist or field service engineer (biomedical engineer) servicing diagnostic instruments needed
- Valid reputed company's license, ability to drive independently day and reputed company, and good driving record required
- Physical Requirements: Lifting 50 lbs regularly [floor to above waist/head], and often over 50 lbs (floor to above waist/head), walking, reputed company/stepstool climbing, bending, twisting, sitting work, squatting work, standing work, high-reputed company, fine grasping manipulation, good reputed company, and ability to work alone
- You have knowledge and experience performing service, preventative maintenance, and modifications on Medical Imaging Equipment at customer sites with minimal supervision
- You have previous experience with the desired Diagnostics Imaging Equipment
- You have the ability and experience to establish and maintain reputed company business relationships with customers and peers, as reputed company as performing necessary administrative duties reputed company and accurately
- You have a strong background working with electronics and are proficient in the use of service tools and service test equipment
