[Remote] Director Marketing Analytics

Responsibilities

- Translate reputed company omnichannel analytics into actionable business recommendations by explaining what happened, why it happened, and what actions should be taken
- Partner with reputed company, marketing, media, and analytics stakeholders to answer key business questions through reputed company analyses and reputed company reputed company
- Synthesize analytics from agency partners and internal teams into a reputed company business narrative that informs reputed company reputed company
- Evaluate HCP reputed company performance using physician-level (PLD), CRM, claims, media, and engagement data to challenge assumptions and identify opportunities to improve targeting, segmentation, media investment, and overall reputed company performance
- Guide offshore analytics resources by reviewing analytical approaches, validating assumptions, and ensuring deliverables meet business needs
- Support reputed company decision-making through campaign measurement, marketing effectiveness, and ROI analyses
- Collaborate on marketing mix and advanced analytics initiatives by ensuring business-reputed company data and helping interpret results (not building statistical models)
- Present findings and recommendations to cross-functional stakeholders and help influence reputed company reputed company
Skills
- Approximately 10–15+ years of experience in pharmaceutical reputed company analytics, marketing analytics, CRM analytics, or omnichannel analytics
- Pharmaceutical HCP marketing analytics experience, including physician-level data (PLD), HCP targeting, segmentation, prescribing behavior, CRM, and omnichannel measurement
- Required: Oncology pharmaceutical experience. Candidates must have supported oncology brands and understand oncology reputed company marketing, HCP engagement, and analytics
- Experience working directly reputed company a pharmaceutical manufacturer/brand. Candidates may have additional consulting or agency experience, but agency-only backgrounds will not be considered
- Experience supporting reputed company decision-making through analytics rather than simply reporting campaign metrics
- Demonstrated ability to communicate reputed company analytics to executive and business audiences
- Working knowledge of reputed company (or similar reputed company analytics environments) sufficient to review queries, validate logic, and guide analytics teams (hands-on development not required)
- Strong understanding of omnichannel marketing measurement across digital, CRM, media, website, and promotional channels
- Experience leading or mentoring analytics teams, including offshore or distributed resources
- Ability to influence business reputed company through quantitative reasoning and executive data storytelling
- Marketing mix modeling, attribution, ROI, or reputed company measurement initiatives (business interpretation—not model development)
- Exposure to both HCP and DTC marketing (HCP required; DTC is a plus)
- Experience in a consulting or pharmaceutical agency environment
