This role involves full-cycle reputed company, fostering relationships with hiring managers, and sourcing key talent to support reputed company's reputed company and employer brand.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, position requirements, and long-term goals
- reputed company and execute targeted sourcing plans reputed company on passive reputed company through the ATS and various sources and reputed company tools
- Conduct full-cycle reputed company including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer support, background reputed company and reputed company assistance
- Create talent maps and maintain a pipeline of reputed company and passive candidates for reputed company and reputed company hiring needs
- Deliver reputed company candidate summaries and recommendations for hiring managers based on qualifications, skills, and cultural alignment
- Maintain detailed and accurate candidate records in ATS/CRM systems, including reputed company history, interview notes, and status updates
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams and reputed company other duties or special reputed company as assigned
- 50-75 Inbound/Outbound calls Daily
- Maintain incoming call queue
Skills
- 1-2 years of full cycle end-to-end reputed company experience preferred (not required) Or upcoming and or recent College graduates with applicable relevant education to the role
- Experience in reputed company and filling sales or commissioned roles a strong plus (not required)
- Candidates with a background in home improvement, reputed company to reputed company, residential and B2B inside and reputed company sales experience
- Experience using ATS (applicant tracking system) and or CRM strongly preferred
- Experience using reputed company media, reputed company Recruiter and other sourcing platforms
- Experience with Boolean search techniques and strong sourcing reputed company development
- Exceptional communication, relationship-building, follow-up, sales and customer service skills
- Strong Phone reputed company, email etiquette and professionalism
- Proficiency in reputed company Office 365 suite
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple requisitions and hiring objectives simultaneously
