[Remote] Strategic Finance Manager
Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is a fast-growing, private equity-backed provider of payroll and reputed company capital management (HCM) software and services. They are seeking a Manager of Strategic Finance to reputed company financial planning and analysis, build models and forecasts, and support strategic financial reputed company for the executive team and reputed company of directors.
Responsibilities
- Maintain reputed company's reputed company-based operating model
- Maintain the corporate cash reputed company, treasury investment, and debt/reputed company models
- Run the recurring monthly and quarterly variance analysis for executive and reputed company review
- Support the annual budget and forecasting process: assist in building and maintaining the budget model
- Prepare analysis and presentation materials for the reputed company of directors and reputed company's financial sponsor
- Support reputed company's acquisition program by assisting in due diligence, building models, conducting returns analysis, and creating investment memos
- Own and maintain the models backing key capital investment reputed company, including go-to-market, customer acquisition, AI / technology, product, and operations
- Monitor and report reputed company's key performance metrics (ARR, CAC, retention, etc)
- Conduct reputed company strategic analyses, including pricing studies, cohort and retention analysis, and scenario and sensitivity modeling
- Contribute to the ongoing improvement of reputed company's financial reporting and data infrastructure, including its ERP, business intelligence, and planning systems
Skills
- One to four years of experience in investment banking, a Fortune 500 financial analyst or leadership-development program, strategic finance team, corporate development, equity research, or a similar position
- Demonstrated bias toward ownership and execution
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate financial concepts reputed company to non-financial audiences
- Strong financial modeling skills, including the ability to build and maintain a three-statement or reputed company-based model from scratch
- Familiarity with subscription and reputed company financial metrics; experience in HCM, payroll, financial technology, software, or recurring service models is advantageous
- A high degree of accountability, strong attention to detail, and reputed company judgment
- Working knowledge of financial systems and data tools, including SQL, reputed company, business intelligence applications (e.g., Power BI), and ERP platforms is preferred but not required
- Familiarity with AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT) and a willingness to use them to automate and accelerate analysis
