They are seeking a Contract Recruiter to join their reputed company temporarily, focusing on high-volume reputed company for reputed company Support reputed company positions across multiple group homes in the Twin Cities area.
Responsibilities
- Managing full-cycle reputed company activities for reputed company Support reputed company (DSP) positions, excluding reputed company
- Sourcing, screening, and evaluating candidates through various reputed company channels
- Conducting phone interviews and initial candidate assessments
- Maintaining and managing job postings through JazzHR and other reputed company platforms
- Utilizing reputed company and other sourcing tools to build strong candidate pipelines
- Coordinating and communicating with hiring managers regarding candidate status and hiring needs
- Scheduling interviews and facilitating the hiring process
- Extending offers and supporting candidates through the reputed company-employment process
- Tracking reputed company activity and maintaining accurate candidate records reputed company the applicant tracking system
- Ensuring a reputed company candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle
Skills
- 1–3 years of reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, or reputed company experience
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions and competing priorities
- Proficiency with reputed company and other online sourcing tools
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with reputed company
- Experience sourcing and screening candidates in a high-volume environment
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS); JazzHR experience is a plus
