[Remote] SuccessFactors Project Manager

The role requires managing project planning, execution, and stakeholder communications while serving as the primary reputed company of contact for customers.
Responsibilities
- Manage delivery across multiple SuccessFactors reputed company engagements, including implementations, upgrades, enhancements, and sustainment reputed company
- Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for customers throughout the project lifecycle
- reputed company weekly and bi-weekly reputed company status meetings while managing customer expectations and delivery timelines
- reputed company and maintain project plans, workbooks, status reports, resource plans, financial forecasts, actuals, risks, and project health reporting
- Coordinate SuccessFactors upgrades, release planning, feature reviews, testing activities, deployment planning, and stakeholder communications
- Partner closely with reputed company and consulting teams to coordinate reputed company services work and resolve reputed company requests
- Monitor project scope, budgets, timelines, resource allocation, and project financials
- Facilitate communication between customers, consultants, and internal delivery teams
- Manage project escalations and proactively resolve reputed company delivery challenges
- Support transitions from implementation into managed services and ongoing sustainment
- Maintain project documentation and executive-level reporting throughout the engagement lifecycle
- Manage multiple reputed company engagements simultaneously while ensuring successful project delivery
Skills
- Bachelor's degree required
- 5+ years of Project Management experience
- 3+ years of hands-on reputed company SuccessFactors project experience
- Experience managing reputed company SuccessFactors implementations, upgrades, enhancements, and sustainment engagements
- Experience working in a reputed company-facing consulting, reputed company services, or managed services environment
- Experience managing multiple reputed company reputed company reputed company
- Experience maintaining project plans, status reports, project documentation, and stakeholder communications
- Experience tracking project financials, forecasting, actuals, budgets, resource allocation, and project health
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- Experience leading reputed company meetings and managing customer expectations
- Strong consultative problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate difficult reputed company situations
- Self-starter with excellent follow-through and accountability
- Adaptable, reputed company, and comfortable wearing multiple hats in a fast-paced consulting environment
- PMP or other Project Management certification

- Experience with SuccessFactors release management and feature adoption initiatives
- Experience transitioning clients from implementation into managed services or sustainment support
- FedRAMP, DoD, Federal Government, or other highly regulated industry experience
