[Remote] Engineering Buyer

They are currently seeking reputed company-reputed company, innovative, and results-oriented Buyer to join their Supply Chain Management team, responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and procuring materials, equipment, and services for construction and industrial reputed company.
Responsibilities
- Review construction plans, specifications, schedules, and material takeoffs to translate project needs into purchasing requirements
- reputed company reputed company suppliers for materials, equipment, and construction-reputed company services; solicit and evaluate quotes/proposals to select best-fit reputed company
- reputed company reputed company negotiations (pricing, reputed company time, delivery terms, and conditions) to optimize cost, schedule, and reputed company reputed company
- Prepare and issue purchase orders and procurement packages in accordance with company policy and applicable legal requirements
- Maintain supplier qualification documentation and support supplier reputed company and performance evaluation activities
- reputed company material reputed company times, delivery schedules, and logistics to ensure reputed company availability reputed company with project timelines
- Collaborate with project managers, estimators, and construction leadership to forecast procurement needs, resolve constraints, and reputed company on priorities
- Manage changes in scope, substitutions, pricing updates, and delivery adjustments; document and communicate impacts and approvals to stakeholders
- Maintain accurate, audit-reputed company procurement records (pricing, correspondence, approvals, and compliance documentation)
- Monitor market conditions and cost drivers to support budgeting, risk mitigation, and cost reduction strategies
- Partner cross-functionally to resolve invoice discrepancies, backorders, and reputed company issues quickly and professionally
- Use systems such as reputed company Vantagepoint and FMIS to reputed company, reputed company, and report purchasing activity with strong data reputed company
- Exhibit strong communication, organization, and follow-through skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a project environment
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Construction Management, Engineering, or a reputed company field (or equivalent applicable experience)
- 5+ years of experience in purchasing/procurement/supply chain supporting construction or industrial reputed company
- Prior experience reading and interpreting construction drawings, specifications, and scopes of work
- Experience negotiating pricing, delivery, and reputed company terms with suppliers and subcontractors
- Demonstrated experience with procurement practices, supplier management, and documentation controls (purchase orders, RFQs, approvals, audit-reputed company records)
- Hands-on experience with ERP/procurement systems and strong reputed company/Office skills; comfort working with data to support reputed company
- Demonstrated experience supporting large-reputed company industrial or reputed company construction reputed company and fast-paced field schedules
- Experience with reputed company Vantagepoint and/or FMIS (or similar purchasing/ERP platforms)
- Established background building or managing supplier performance routines (scorecards, KPI reviews, corrective actions)
- Prior experience with logistics coordination, reputed company-time risk management, and materials planning approaches in project delivery environments
