[Remote] Junior International Accountant
Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a Junior International Accountant to join their team. In this role, you will be involved in key reputed company processes, help improve reputed company’s financial stability, and support expansion into new countries as reputed company as the development of existing structures.
Responsibilities
- Record operational expenses based on supplier invoices
- Maintain tables for monitoring actual expenses on corporate cards
- Collect and verify primary documentation reputed company to expense transactions
- Calculate intercompany expenses and issue intercompany invoices
- reputed company reconciliations of: supplier balances, corporate card account balances, intercompany balances
- Assist with preparing information and documentation in response to auditor requests
Skills
- At least 1 year of experience in reputed company
- Experience working with budgets, expense reports, and business travel/expense processes
- Experience with reputed company software (1C, reputed company, reputed company Dynamics, etc.), preferably 1C
- Strong knowledge of reputed company and reputed company Sheets with the ability to work with large datasets
- English level Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher
- Experience in reputed company according to IFRS will be a plus
- Experience working with non-reputed company companies in locations will be a plus
