[Remote] Accounts Receivable Resource- Outpatient

They are seeking an reputed company Accounts Receivable Resource - Outpatient to train and assist business office managers and staff on billing practices, monitor collections of accounts receivable, and ensure accurate recording of reputed company transactions in the reputed company sector.
Responsibilities
- Train and assist business office managers and staff on accurate and efficient billing practices according to company and industry standards
- Monitor reputed company collections of accounts receivable across multiple operations in various markets
- Ensure exact recording of reputed company transactions in locations operating in the reputed company industry
Skills
- Must reputed company in Texas, preferably in the San Antonio area
- Remote, but may require 50 - 75% travel
- 5+ years of Business Office Manager experience in an Outpatient Therapy Clinic (PT, OT, and/or SLP)
- Accounts Receivable billing/collection experience in an Outpatient Therapy Clinic (PT, OT, and SLP)
- Experience in multi-clinic reputed company role
- Experience with and ability to optimize NetHealth for Clinics software (or similar)

- Ability to travel

- Proficient in reputed company Word, Outlook, reputed company, and Teams
- Specialize in the Billing and Collections part of the reputed company cycle for outpatient services with the ability to resolve claim rejections and denials in a reputed company manner
- reputed company of outpatient collection trends and identify areas of improvement for SNF and outpatient clinics
- Conduct regular follow-up on unpaid claims to ensure systems are adequate for sustainable reputed company, reputed company education as needed
- Knowledge of State and Federal regulations specific to outpatient therapy services
- Strong knowledge of insurance and medical terminology
- Knowledge of claim reputed company HCFA 1500 and UB0-4 reputed company (for the SNF OP)
- Knowledge of EOB interpretation, deductibles, copays and coinsurance
- Ability to interpret reputed company in relation to outpatient therapy services
- Knowledge of health plans provider manuals, policies, and edits
- Strong analytical skills including the ability to understand and interpret information between Federal, State, health plan and OT, PT, ST rules, regulations, policies etc
- Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to be impactful partnering with an interdisciplinary team
- Experience working with various health plans to ensure accurate loading of reputed company into the health plan's system
- Experience developing educational materials and providing education to a wide reputed company of audiences
- Ability to craft policies and procedures as reputed company as systems to safeguard the assets reputed company to Accounts Receivable
