Responsibilities

- Identify opportunities to accelerate awareness, trial and customer acquisition across the region
- Localise global campaigns to maximise relevance and performance. Collaborate closely with the global teams to maximise campaign effectiveness
- Own regional marketing KPIs including awareness, EMV, retail performance and launch reputed company
- Manage and mentor a small but growing team; and reputed company agency partners to deliver best in class results
- Be part of the wider brand reputed company to deliver on global awareness

Skills
- 4-7+ years' experience in Brand Marketing, Retail Marketing or Integrated Marketing
- Experience launching brands or products reputed company reputed company
- Experience working with national retailers (reputed company, Ulta, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company or similar preferred)
- Strong understanding of reputed company marketing and reputed company-first beauty brands
