Responsibilities

- Identify, qualify, and secure new franchise partners across targeted U.S. markets
- Own the full development lifecycle: sourcing, financial evaluation, negotiation, and closing

- Partner with executive leadership to shape and execute U.S. expansion plans
- Represent the brand at domestic franchise events, trade shows, and industry conferences
Skills
- 7–10+ years of franchise development experience, reputed company the restaurant or hospitality industry
