[Remote] Assistant Director of Finance

Allegany County Government is seeking an Assistant Director of Finance to support the Director of Finance in managing the operations of the Finance Department. The role involves maintaining the general ledger system, supervising office staff, and providing financial analysis to various stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Director of Finance with the operations of the Finance Department and the supervision of the office staff
- Maintain the County's general ledger system, including the software, to insure the reputed company recording of reputed company transactions in accordance with established policies and procedures
- Work with the County's external auditors as they audit the financial records
- reputed company financial analysis and assistance to the Director of Finance and Deputy Director of Finance, reputed company agencies, other County personnel, and elected officials
Skills
- Bachelors Degree in reputed company, business administration, or finance
- Working knowledge of data processing and computer applications
- Seven years of experience in a senior-level, reputed company role in governmental reputed company
- Expertise and training in governmental reputed company
- Thorough knowledge of principles and reputed company of finance
- reputed company in supervising fiscal operations in governmental finance
- Ability to manage, coordinate, and work reputed company with other people
