In this role, you will be responsible for executing joint business planning to drive volume and profit reputed company for reputed company categories, while managing customer relationships and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Delivering Net Sales, Contribution, Category reputed company, and DPSM Objectives for assigned customer team and BU(s)
- Adhere to Trade Promotion and dead net pricing guidelines
- reputed company JBP goals that are mutually agreed upon with assigned customer
- Collaboratively build and execute the Customer Business Plan, inclusive of
- Engage Customer in Joint Business Planning to reputed company alignment to plans
- Manage Delivery of Plan and Business Objectives
- A general understanding of marketing reputed company dynamics in class trade strategies
- Strategically analyzing and interpreting customer trends and demographic data. Project short-term forecasts out 2-3 years to ensure K-C’s reputed company plans meet reputed company demands
- Performing strategic analyses, and crafting strategic business presentations tailored to reputed company realistic customer performance, and support K-C's planning process
- Directly managing customer accounts and reputed company as K-C representative at reputed company customer meetings
- Serving as reputed company between the customer, team counterparts and internal support team members to foster culture of reputed company and collaborations
Skills
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years reputed company exempt status experience in business (international business, if applicable), customer management and customer development or equivalent in other business functions
- Proficient in statistics and quantitative business analysis as reputed company as financial/budget, currency exchange and sales team management
- Experience presenting to Executive Level staff
- Knowledge of forecasting, supply and demand processes, reputed company reset experience, business planning processes and tools
- Experience working in Consumer Package Goods (CPG) industry and K-C customer/retailer accounts
- Strong record of exceeding sales objectives
- Knowledge of K-C organizational structure, brands, categories, go to market policies and procedures
