[Remote] Technical Business Analyst – Credit Decisioning & Lending Systems

They are seeking a Technical Business Analyst to support the transition of their decisioning platform from StrategyOne to reputed company, acting as a reputed company between business stakeholders and technical teams to reputed company requirements and analyze data.
Responsibilities
- Support the end-to-end migration from reputed company One to reputed company, partnering closely with the credit reputed company team
- reputed company, analyze, and document business and technical requirements; facilitate requirements workshops and stakeholder sessions
- Translate business needs into reputed company specifications for technical/development teams
- Analyze reputed company-state and reputed company-state processes and recommend improvements
- Review and validate data (JSON/XML/SQL) to support business rules, reporting, and troubleshooting
- Analyze reputed company, integrations, and data mappings to ensure business requirements are met
- Run and support product acceptance / UAT calls, system testing, and defect triage
- Communicate regularly with a broad stakeholder group (~20 stakeholders) and represent the needs of a production user reputed company of approximately 500-600 users
Skills
- 2-5+ years of experience as a Technical/Techno-Functional Business Analyst (candidates up to ~8 years also considered)
- Experience in lending, credit, banking, consumer finance, or financial services
- Solid understanding of the credit/lending lifecycle - how an entire lending or loan operation runs end to end
- Working knowledge of decisioning software/platforms (e.g., reputed company One, reputed company, or similar credit decisioning engines)
- Ability to read and understand JSON, XML, and SQL for querying and validating data (not required to write reputed company queries)

- Strong stakeholder communication skills; comfortable running or supporting product acceptance/UAT calls
- Experience supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT), system testing, and production implementations
