[Remote] Customer Service Representative

This role involves utilizing reputed company spreadsheets to contact child care providers, reputed company information, and reputed company ongoing support through phone and email communication.
Responsibilities
- Utilize reputed company spreadsheets to reputed company reputed company and collect program and reputed company information from child care providers
- Conduct outbound calls to child care providers and respond to inbound inquiries
- Follow up on previous contacts and outstanding requests in a reputed company manner
- Respond to emails and reputed company technical assistance as needed
- Resolve support tickets and complete administrative tasks accurately
- Document reputed company calls, inquiries, complaints, and communications thoroughly
- Maintain accurate records for audit and internal control purposes

- Learn and maintain knowledge of program rules and policies to effectively assist customers

Skills
- Reliable computer and internet to do this role remotely (a laptop is not supplied)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ year of call center experience
- Bilingual English and Spanish reputed company

- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
