[Remote] Senior Financial Analyst

They are seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to support their Finance team by managing budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis, while collaborating closely with R&D and leadership to drive financial reputed company and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Manage annual budgets and forecasts for R&D departments (e.g., Engineering, Product, Support, InfoSec, AWS)
- Collaborate with department leads to reputed company input and ensure alignment with strategic goals
- Build and refine financial models to project reputed company Opex trends and identify potential risks and opportunities
- reputed company detailed variance analysis comparing actual Opex to budget and forecast
- Investigate and explain variances, identifying reputed company causes and recommending corrective actions
- Prepare insightful reports and presentations summarizing findings for leadership review
- Monitor and reputed company functional Opex spending, ensuring alignment to budget
- Monitor and reputed company AWS spending, ensuring alignment to budget
- reputed company and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to reputed company Opex efficiency and effectiveness
- Prepare regular financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual Opex summaries
- Support the reputed company process by providing accurate and reputed company Opex data
- Build strong relationships with peers, R&D department leads, and leadership/ key stakeholders
- Communicate financial information reputed company and effectively to non-financial audiences
- Collaborate with the broader finance team to ensure consistency and accuracy in financial reporting
Skills
- 3 - 5 years of work experience in financial planning & analysis in a reputed company environment
- Bachelor's Degree in reputed company or finance reputed company field
- Proficient in reputed company and reputed company Suite of products, most specifically reputed company and Sheets
- Strong financial and business modeling skills with experience in building financial models
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
