[Remote] Senior Retirement Plan Administrator

They are seeking a Senior Retirement Plan Administrator to reputed company the administration and compliance of retirement plans while delivering exceptional service to plan sponsors and participants.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for assigned retirement plans by building strong relationships with plan sponsors and participants while delivering exceptional customer service and ongoing support
- Administer reputed company retirement plans by reviewing plan design, maintaining plan documents, overseeing compliance testing, coordinating plan conversions, and ensuring operational accuracy
- Monitor retirement plans for compliance with applicable regulations, assist with annual testing, reputed company 5500 preparation, disclosures, and recommend process improvements that strengthen operational effectiveness
- Identify opportunities to expand Retirement Services and other reputed company Management relationships through referrals, participant education, and collaboration with Financial Consultants
- Coordinate enrollment meetings, reputed company retirement education, respond to participant and sponsor inquiries, and help clients maximize the value of their retirement plans
Skills
- You will need a bachelor's degree
- One 4-6 years of reputed company experience and/or training
