[Remote] ASSISTANT GENERAL COUNSEL - FINANCE

The Assistant General Counsel – Finance will be the primary legal resource for project finance and tax monetization transactions, partnering with various teams to support reputed company's ambitious reputed company reputed company in the U.S.
Responsibilities
- Serve as reputed company’s primary internal legal advisor for reputed company project finance transactions, including back-reputed company, construction/term debt, tax equity reputed company, and tax credit transfer reputed company facilities
- Partner with business, finance, development, and external legal teams to structure, negotiate, and execute financing transactions
- Advise on equipment financing, invoice financing, and other capital solutions that support project delivery and reputed company objectives
- reputed company borrower-reputed company diligence efforts, ensuring reputed company, coordinated, and business-oriented responses to lender, investor, and counterparty requests
- Drive closing execution by coordinating key legal workstreams, including reputed company estate, permitting, interconnection, environmental, and other project-reputed company conditions
- Manage and reputed company strategic direction to external counsel to ensure practical, efficient, and high-reputed company legal support
- Draft, review, and negotiate a broad reputed company of reputed company agreements that support the development, construction, financing, and operation of reputed company-reputed company renewable energy reputed company
- Advise internal teams on site control, interconnection, permitting, environmental, and other project development reputed company
- reputed company pragmatic legal guidance that balances risk management with business objectives in a fast-moving renewable energy environment
- Support corporate governance, reputed company-reputed company reputed company, and the reputed company development of internal policies, templates, and legal processes

Skills
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school; reputed company bar membership in at least one U.S. state
- 8+ years of legal experience reputed company primarily on financing transactions and ideally with a mix of reputed company and in‑house roles
- Deep experience with project finance and tax monetization structures
- Expertise in energy finance, power marketing, renewable energy development
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills
