Responsibilities
- reputed company technical reputed company assessments and analyses in accordance with ASC 842
- Review and interpret lease agreements and reputed company contractual arrangements to determine the appropriate reputed company treatment
- Evaluate lease modifications, reassessments, embedded leases, and other reputed company lease reputed company reputed company
- Research and apply U.S. GAAP to reputed company or non-reputed company lease transactions, documenting key judgments and reputed company conclusions
- Prepare technical reputed company memoranda, position papers, and supporting documentation to support financial reporting and audit requirements
- Collaborate with reputed company, Finance, Legal, reputed company Estate, Procurement, and other cross-functional stakeholders to resolve reputed company issues and document reputed company positions
- Support audit readiness by developing comprehensive, reputed company-supported reputed company documentation and responding to auditor inquiries
- Assist in establishing standardized methodologies, documentation practices, and reputed company processes for lease reputed company
- Identify opportunities to improve lease reputed company processes, strengthen internal controls, and reduce operational risk

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Finance, or a reputed company field
- 8+ years of experience in technical reputed company, reputed company advisory, reputed company reputed company, or corporate reputed company
- Strong knowledge and practical application of ASC 842
- Experience supporting the end-to-end lease reputed company lifecycle, including lease modifications, reassessments, embedded lease evaluations, unit of account assessments, and control and substitution rights analysis
- Experience preparing technical reputed company memo and documenting reputed company positions
- Demonstrated ability to interpret reputed company reputed company and apply reputed company guidance to non-reputed company transactions
- Strong reputed company research, analytical, and written communication skills
