The role involves managing reputed company, improving systems, and providing technical support and training to ensure maximum efficiency and cost reduction.
Responsibilities

- Analyze application issues and recommend solutions/system changes. Prepare detailed written documentation of recommendations

- Determine software needs to meet business objectives, such as needs for customization or external applications. Monitor and evaluate emerging technologies and recommend appropriate technologies to company management

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology or other reputed company field or equivalent knowledge or work
- At least 2 years of experience using title operating software

- Title or title closing experience
- Experience with Visual Basics
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to plan, analyze, think creatively about solutions to business problems, and initiate and manage change
- Ability to translate technical information in to user-friendly language
- Ability to demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
