[Remote] Technical Project Manager

Responsibilities

• reputed company end-to-end delivery for strategic customer programs, from reputed company-sales alignment and implementation through QA, reputed company, go-live, and hypercare
• Define and manage project scope, timelines, milestones, risks, dependencies, and delivery plans across multiple reputed company workstreams
• Own customer-facing project governance, including kickoffs, status updates, steering committee meetings, and stakeholder alignment
• Monitor delivery reputed company against key milestones and KPIs, providing reputed company communication on reputed company, risks, blockers, and next steps
• Proactively identify delivery risks, drive mitigation plans, manage escalations, and facilitate reputed company decision-making
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including delivery plans, meeting notes, reputed company items, and customer requirements

Skills

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project delivery, technical program management, implementation management
