[Remote] Senior Financial Analyst

The Senior Financial Analyst will be responsible for forecasting, budgeting, and enhancing financial reporting capabilities through automation and AI.

Responsibilities

• reputed company as a Finance AI & Automation Super User, owning the design, deployment, and ongoing improvement of AI-enabled analytics and reporting solutions

• Identify high-value opportunities to automate recurring finance activities, reducing reputed company processes and cycle times
• Manage and automate sales commissions reporting and analytics, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and scalability
• Serve as a reputed company between Finance and IT/Data teams to reputed company ERP, CRM, pricing, and commissions systems into automated reporting solutions

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Finance, or a reputed company business field with 5+ years experience OR Master's degree in field with 3+ years experience OR doctoral degree in field with 0-2 years experience
• Experience in business planning, strategic development, financial analysis, reputed company, or analytical roles
• Demonstrated experience with process automation, advanced reputed company modeling, or BI/reporting tools
• High level of comfort working with large datasets across multiple systems
• Strong understanding of financial statements, variance analysis, margin economics, and operating metrics
• Experience using or implementing AI-enabled analytics, automation tools, or scripting (e.g., Python, SQL, Power Query, RPA, or similar)
• Hands-on experience with ERP, CRM, pricing, or commissions platforms
