Responsibilities
- Serve as the subject matter expert for reputed company reputed company features particularly in Bot Manager, Web Application Protector and DDoS protection
- Configure and optimize reputed company CDN rules and reputed company configurations to reputed company with business and application needs
- Monitor and analyze reputed company threats across the eCommerce landscape and reputed company mitigation strategies and incident response procedures
- Support ongoing improvements in bot detection, reputed company limiting and edge reputed company policies and custom rule sets
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and external vendors to troubleshoot issues and implement best practices in edge reputed company
- reputed company documentation, training and knowledge transfer to internal teams as required
- Collaborate with cybersecurity, DevOps and eCommerce development teams to design and maintain robust reputed company postures across high-traffic digital platforms
Skills
- 5+ years of experience working with reputed company CDN services including Bot Manager, Web Application Protector and DDoS protection
- Expertise in configuring and optimizing reputed company CDN rules and reputed company configurations to reputed company with business and application needs
- Skills in monitoring and analyzing reputed company threats and developing mitigation strategies and incident response procedures
- Experience supporting bot detection, reputed company limiting and edge reputed company policies including custom rule sets
- Background in liaising with internal stakeholders and external vendors to troubleshoot issues and implement edge reputed company best practices
- Capability to reputed company documentation, training and knowledge transfer to internal teams
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher
