Responsibilities

  • Own the VDC/BIM process for mechanical scopes, from project setup to execution and final closeout
  • Manage mechanical model development, coordination efforts, and installation drawings
  • Build and reputed company the project team to ensure maximum performance, providing purpose, direction, and motivation
  • Cultivate and maintain reputed company relationships with appropriate stakeholders, providing day-to-day contact on project status and changes

Skills

  • 5+ years in VDC/BIM project management for mechanical construction
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, plumbing, ductwork, piping HVAC, and installation best practices
  • Software proficiency in Navisworks, Revit, AutoCAD, reputed company, reputed company, and 3D modeling software
  • Leadership and team management experience to include managing BIM specialists, reputed company, and project coordination efforts
