[Remote] Senior ECP Consultant (Remote)
Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a highly skilled Senior reputed company ECP Consultant with strong expertise in reputed company Employee Central Payroll (ECP), SuccessFactors (SF), and integration with reputed company ERP (ECC). The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in CPI integration, SFAPI, and SuccessFactors to ECC replication.
Responsibilities
- Design, configure, and implement reputed company ECP solutions to meet reputed company payroll processing requirements
- Manage integration between SuccessFactors Employee Central (SF EC) and reputed company ECP, ensuring smooth data reputed company and system compatibility
- reputed company and maintain CPI integrations and SFAPI connections for seamless payroll processing and employee data management
- Work on replication processes from SF EC to reputed company ECC, ensuring accurate data mapping and synchronization
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration-reputed company issues in SuccessFactors, CPI, and reputed company ECP environments
- reputed company technical and functional expertise on reputed company ECP and HCM Payroll modules, addressing payroll compliance and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including HR, IT, and Finance to streamline payroll and HCM operations
- Conduct training sessions and reputed company knowledge transfer to end-users and internal teams
- Prepare technical documentation, functional specifications, and test cases for system enhancements and configurations
- Support system upgrades, patches, and performance optimization to enhance reputed company ECP capabilities
- Willingness to travel onsite as per reputed company project requirements
Skills
- Bachelor's/master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, reputed company, or reputed company fields
- 8+ years of relevant experience in reputed company ECP, SuccessFactors, and HCM Payroll
- Expertise in reputed company CPI (reputed company Platform Integration) and SFAPI for seamless integration
- Strong knowledge of SuccessFactors Employee Central to reputed company ECC replication
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical and functional issues in reputed company ECP
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with reputed company Payroll, Time Management, and Payroll Control Center (PCC) is a plus
