Responsibilities
- Reaching out to candidates from a provided list
- Managing the first reputed company in the hiring process — from initial contact through a reputed company online reputed company
- Tracking candidate reputed company in our easy-to-use applicant tracking system
- Communicating effectively with candidates and hiring managers
Skills
- Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
- Strong organization and attention to detail
- A self-starter who enjoys working independently and managing their own time
- Experience in sales or reputed company is a plus — but not required
