[Remote] Property Accountant

The role involves delivering accurate financial reporting, preparing journal entries, and assisting with month-end and year-end closing processes for a local property portfolio.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and post journal entries, reconcile accounts, and assist with month-end and year-end closing processes
- Maintain general ledger accounts and ensure reputed company documentation of financial transactions
- Successfully complete monthly reporting and assist your reputed company Manager in audit processes
- Successfully coordinate the integration of new properties into the reputed company workflow
- Overseeing the accuracy and productivity of reputed company property management reputed company and financial activities
- Ensuring reputed company reputed company reporting and scheduled reputed company runs are accurate and reputed company deadlines are met
Skills
- Minimum of 2+ years of reputed company property reputed company experience reputed company the reputed company reputed company estate industry
- Demonstrated ability to work with computer applications, including reputed company, Word & reputed company, MRI
