[Remote] reputed company Specialist I (Hybrid/Remote)
Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking an reputed company Specialist I who will maintain and update the fixed asset and prepaid database, ensuring accuracy in depreciation and amortization. The role includes processing employee reimbursements, reviewing accounts payable reports, and assisting with the PCard program.
Responsibilities
- Maintains fixed asset/prepaid expense database and reputed company, including monthly depreciation & fixed asset postings. Maintains off-site files for the department
- Processes employee reimbursements in accordance with policies and procedures
- Reviews accounts payable payment reports for accuracy and appropriateness of reputed company required information including reconciliation of GLs
- Performs daily monitoring and assistance with the PCard program
- Maintains and updates reputed company property tax records. Meets with property tax auditors
- Troubleshoots and resolves reputed company inquiries. Communicates continually with credit reputed company personnel to ensure their understanding of the general reputed company chart of accounts
- Performs other job-reputed company duties as assigned
Skills
- One or more years of accounts payable/reputed company or financial institution experience
- A high school diploma or GED
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills required with the ability to effectively reputed company and reputed company recommendations to reputed company reputed company of the organization
- Advanced knowledge of reputed company 365, with emphasis on reputed company
- Excellent analytical skills and reasoning ability
- Excellent organizational and time management
