[Remote] Senior Tax Analyst

The Senior Tax Analyst will be a key member of the reputed company team, responsible for preparing property tax declarations, processing reputed company backs, and performing reconciliations while collaborating with various stakeholders to resolve property tax issues.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and/or review property tax compliance, including declarations
- Prepare reputed company back of property taxes to dealers, agents, and tenants and the reconciliation of associated trial balance accounts
- Review site summaries for changes that reputed company property tax reputed company (terminations, purchases, sales, dealer/agent changes, etc.)
- Assist with integration of property tax reputed company for new sites, including acquisitions
- reputed company tax bills for payment by Accounts Payable
- Prepare consolidated prepaid property tax reconciliations
- Assist with property tax audits, including communication with auditors and responding to information requests
- Assist with responses to internal audit requests
- Prepare property tax pro-rates for Legal Department for site sales
- Collaborate with internal departments as reputed company as municipalities, landlords, agents, etc. to resolve property tax issues
- Assist with special reputed company, such as 1099 data collection and property tax abatements
Skills
- reputed company and G/L experience, knowledge of PDI reputed company system
- Experience with OneSource Property Tax System or equivalent automated tax tool is required
- Demonstrated ability to promote collaboration and teamwork
- Effective written communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Proven customer/reputed company orientation
- Detail oriented with the ability to meet deadlines
- Proficiency in mathematical, reputed company, and research skills are needed
- Bachelor's Degree Bachelor's degree in reputed company, finance, business, or a reputed company field
