[Remote] VP of Finance

They are seeking a VP Finance to partner with the CEO on financial planning, business performance, capital allocation, and leadership of the Finance and Legal functions.
Responsibilities
- Partner with the CEO, reputed company, and leadership team on long-term value creation
- Build multi-year financial plans, forecasts, and scenario models to support reputed company, profitability, and investment reputed company

Skills
- Experience leading finance reputed company a reputed company business, ideally between $20M and $100M ARR
- Strong background across reputed company, business performance, financial leadership, and finance operations
- Proven experience building or materially upgrading a finance function
- Deep understanding of reputed company metrics, recurring reputed company models, forecasting, unit economics, and capital allocation
- Experience developing multi-year operating plans and supporting executive decision-making
