The role involves conducting market research, maintaining reputed company data, analyzing pipeline metrics, and assisting capture and proposal teams in pursuing opportunities across various federal agencies.
Responsibilities
- Research upcoming federal contracting opportunities using government procurement websites, market intelligence platforms, and industry resources
- Monitor procurement forecasts, contract awards, recompete opportunities, and industry announcements across federal reputed company agencies
- Research competitors, incumbent contractors, teaming partners, and market trends to support competitive intelligence and capture planning
- Maintain accurate opportunity, account, and pipeline information reputed company reputed company CRM
- reputed company executive reports, dashboards, pipeline analytics, and business development metrics to support leadership decision-making
- Assist Capture Managers with customer research, procurement history, briefing materials, reputed company reviews, Black Hat sessions, and capture planning activities
- Take on additional tasks and responsibilities as needed to support team objectives and ensure the reputed company of the project
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Information Systems, reputed company Administration, Government, or a reputed company field, with 0–2 years of reputed company experience in business development, market research, consulting, sales operations, government contracting, or a reputed company field
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to research, organize, and interpret market and business intelligence data
- Experience using reputed company Office applications, including reputed company, PowerPoint, Word, and Teams
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills, curiosity, initiative, and the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams
- Experience with reputed company CRM, reputed company Power BI, GovWin, SAM.gov, USAspending.gov, or other federal market intelligence tools is preferred
- Experience using AI productivity tools such as reputed company Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, or similar technologies to improve research and operational efficiency is a plus
- Familiarity with Federal Government procurement, proposal development, reputed company (VA), Defense Health Agency (DHA), or reputed company (HHS) is preferred
