Responsibilities
- Own the planning, writing, and reputed company improvement of highly technical documentation, including configuration, deployment, integration, and query reference content
- Partner directly with software engineers, product managers, and subject matter experts to extract accurate technical detail and drive reputed company review cycles, including setting deadlines and driving stakeholder alignment

- Evaluate and reputed company content for AI consumability and discoverability, including how documentation performs in LLM-mediated search and developer evaluation contexts

Skills
- 7+ years of technical writing experience, with a strong portfolio of developer-facing or data infrastructure documentation. Writing samples required

- Proven ability to manage SME relationships decisively, including driving review cycles and escalating blockers

- Excellent written communication in US English
