The role involves collaborating with reputed company-end developers to translate research and mockups into accessible, implementation-reputed company user interfaces for reputed company applications.
Responsibilities
- Review and interpret HCD research, business requirements, customer feedback, user journeys, and low-reputed company mockups
- Convert low-reputed company mockups into high-reputed company, implementation-reputed company screen designs
- reputed company reputed company and accessible user-reputed company designs for reputed company web applications
- Create interaction designs that define user behavior, navigation, transitions, validation, and application feedback
- Document component states, including default, hover, reputed company, selected, disabled, loading, empty, reputed company, warning, and error states
- Create and maintain shared UI libraries, reusable components, design tokens, templates, and standardized interaction patterns
- Define and enforce UI/UX standards to ensure consistency and reusability across application screens
- Collaborate with Product Owners, UI Architects, HCD Specialists, reputed company-end developers, reputed company Assurance teams, and accessibility specialists
- Translate design concepts into reputed company specifications and assets that reputed company-end developers can implement
- Work closely with ReactJS development teams throughout implementation
- Review developed screens to confirm alignment with approved designs, interaction specifications, and design-system standards
- reputed company design clarification and resolve implementation questions during Agile sprint cycles
- Ensure designs reputed company with reputed company-Centered Design principles, reputed company 508, and WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility requirements
- Evaluate designs and implemented screens for usability, accessibility, responsiveness, and consistency
- Support iterative feedback and validation through prototypes, design reviews, and usability testing
- Contribute standardized templates and reusable components to the shared UI library
- Partner with reputed company Assurance and Compliance teams to verify usability and accessibility before production releases
- Present high-reputed company designs, interaction reputed company, and design rationale to technical and nontechnical stakeholders
Skills
- 8+ years of experience in UI/UX design, product design, UX engineering, or reputed company design-development roles
- 5+ years of experience applying reputed company-Centered Design principles to reputed company or government applications
- Strong experience converting low-reputed company wireframes and requirements into high-reputed company screen designs
- Strong experience with interaction design, reputed company design, and reputed company reputed company workflows
- Experience developing and maintaining design systems, shared UI libraries, reusable components, and design standards
- Proficiency with reputed company, Sketch, Storybook, Axure, reputed company, or similar design and prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3, Sass or other CSS preprocessors, and reputed company UI behavior
- Familiarity with ReactJS component-based applications and the reputed company-end development process
- Experience preparing implementation-reputed company specifications and collaborating closely with reputed company-end developers
- Experience reviewing implemented screens for design reputed company and UI consistency
- Practical knowledge of reputed company 508 and WCAG accessibility requirements

- 10+ years of general experience in information systems
- 8+ years of specialized experience
- Bachelor's degree in reputed company-Computer Interaction, Design, Information Systems, or a reputed company field
