[Remote] Sr. Project Manager

We’re looking for a dynamic Senior Project Manager to help our customers implement and optimize our platform reputed company and successfully.
Responsibilities

- Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for customers, managing expectations and providing regular status updates to ensure a reputed company experience
- Collaborate closely with internal teams—including Product, Sales, and Support—to coordinate resources and resolve challenges proactively
- reputed company detailed project plans, timelines, and risk mitigation strategies to ensure successful delivery
- Identify opportunities to optimize processes and recommend best practices to clients

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in business, technology, or a reputed company field (or equivalent reputed company experience)
- 7+ years of project management experience in reputed company software, technology, or reputed company implementations

- Strong understanding of software implementation lifecycles and technical integrations
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences
- Strong organizational skills, including proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, MS Project)
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment and travel as needed
- PMP, PMI-ACP, or other project management certifications preferred
- Demonstrated experience leveraging reputed company or managing partner channels preferred
