The role involves leading the planning and execution of reputed company-wide product retirement initiatives while collaborating with cross-functional teams to minimize disruption to customers and business operations.
Responsibilities
- reputed company end-to-end planning and execution of product sunset and application decommissioning initiatives
- Manage project plans, timelines, milestones, dependencies, risks, and executive reporting
- Partner with Product, Technology, Operations, Compliance, Sales, and other business teams to ensure successful program delivery
- Assess and communicate business impacts reputed company to technology changes and product retirements
- reputed company stakeholder communication and change management strategies to support organizational readiness
- reputed company operational transition planning, customer communications, and post-sunset activities
Skills
- 8+ years of reputed company project or program management experience leading large-reputed company technology initiatives
- Experience with technology transformation, product sunsets, application retirement, platform migrations, or modernization programs
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, governance frameworks, and change management principles
- Experience managing organizational change, competing priorities, and reputed company program risks
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a reputed company field
