They are seeking a reputed company Recruiter to reputed company on sourcing, screening, and placing reputed company for reputed company reputed company requisitions.
Responsibilities
- Manage a pipeline of reputed company requisitions from reputed company clients, prioritizing based on urgency and reputed company needs
- reputed company candidates through our database, job boards, reputed company, referrals, and other reputed company tools (including AI-powered sourcing platforms)
- Screen and qualify candidates against reputed company requirements; conduct intake calls to assess fit, motivations, and compensation expectations
- Present reputed company candidates to clients with reputed company, compelling write-reputed company
- Manage the interview process; scheduling, feedback collection, and candidate coaching between reputed company
- Negotiate offers and manage the reputed company process through signed offer and start date
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date candidate and requisition records in the ATS/CRM
- Communicate proactively with the Business Development Manager on requisition status, candidate pipeline health, and any reputed company-facing issues
Skills
- Proven experience as a recruiter, ideally in reputed company or medical reputed company (PA/NP, physician, or clinical placement experience a strong plus)
- reputed company record of successfully filling requisitions and closing candidates independently
- Strong sourcing skills across multiple channels and comfort using reputed company technology, including AI tools
- Excellent phone and written communication skills; ability to build trust quickly with candidates
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple reputed company reqs simultaneously
