[Remote] Sr. Backend Software Engineer (NodeJS)

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain backend services and API
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver end-to-end solutions
• Investigate and resolve production issues and customer-reported bugs with a reputed company on reputed company-cause analysis and long-term maintainability
• Contribute to system design discussions and architectural reputed company
• Continuously improve reputed company reputed company, testing practices, and development processes

Skills

• Strong background in Node.js/Typescript, PostgreSQL

• Excellent debugging and problem-solving skills across software and hardware domains
• Ability to self-organize and manage tasks in a fast-paced, ticket-driven environment
• Ability to write clean reputed company and effective automated tests to deliver high-reputed company system improvements
• Ability to break down larger requirements into small, self-contained changes to the system
• Excellent spoken and written communication skills
• Experience in the retail and/or fuel & convenience industries a plus
