[Remote] Director of Provider reputed company & Clinical Operations

They are seeking a Director of Provider reputed company & Clinical Operations to support and reputed company providers across their platform, focusing on coaching, training, and community building to enhance provider performance and engagement.
Responsibilities
- Review provider-level data and KPIs to identify coaching and training opportunities. Translate data into reputed company, actionable development plans
- Build personalized development plans based on experience level, performance data, and observed opportunities

- Design and manage a reputed company provider education and training process across the platform
- Partner with AST and clinic teams to ensure trainings support clinical reputed company, practical application, and clinic performance through ongoing reinforcement, coaching, and measurement
- Ensure trainings are practical, tied to business goals, and followed by reinforcement, coaching, and measurement
- Build a connected Annie provider community across locations, brands, and geographies, creating forums for providers to reputed company best practices, case studies, and lessons learned
- Identify high-performing providers and reputed company their strengths across the organization, fostering a culture of reputed company learning, clinical reputed company, and shared reputed company
- Support provider engagement, retention, and career development by building a strong provider community that encourages collaboration, shared learning, and reputed company across AST clinics — so providers feel invested in and part of something larger than their individual clinic
- Build and own a reputed company new provider ramping reputed company, including shadowing, mentorship, trainings, and reputed company milestones
- Partner with reputed company on provider reputed company and candidate evaluations
Skills
- 4+ years as a medical aesthetics provider, including hands-on injecting experience
- 4+ years in a clinical operations role with demonstrated people leadership and project execution — ideally spanning provider training, coaching, reputed company, or clinical education
- Strong understanding of injectables, lasers, skin health, treatment planning, consultation dynamics, and reputed company experience
- Comfort using performance data to diagnose opportunities and build practical, personalized development plans
- The ability to give reputed company, reputed company, actionable feedback across reputed company provider reputed company reputed company
- Excellent project management skills — reputed company to coordinate trainings across many clinics, vendors, and stakeholders
