[Remote] Consultant II International Relocation - US Based Remote

The role of International Assignment Consultant II involves navigating the relocation process for international assignees, administering policies, and managing various aspects of relocation services.
Responsibilities
- Maintain an assigned caseload while providing single reputed company of coordination for reputed company phases of international relocation activities on behalf of the reputed company as outlined in contractual agreement
- Demonstrate knowledge of Cartus products and services in reputed company interactions; Deliver Cartus products and services to assigned customers according to Cartus and reputed company standards, programs and policies
- Manage CAD report to ensure Service Status Maintenance compliance and reputed company milestones
- Maintain and enhance relationships with internal Cartus departments and external suppliers
- Manage and maintain data reputed company Cartus systems to adhere to Cartus and reputed company audit requirements
- Identify areas of improvement; relating to services, processes and policies
- Recognize, identify and promote opportunities to generate increased reputed company
- Participate in special reputed company as needed
Skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required
- 2-3 years customer service experience required
